Agentic AI Platform

Internal platform enabling departments to build domain-specific AI agents with tool use, memory, and workflow orchestration.

Projected to multiply internal AI delivery efficiency by 10x by enabling self-service agent creation across departments.

Built an internal multi-tenant AI platform that enables departments to create and deploy domain-specific RAG-powered agents. The platform evolved from a successful enterprise chatbot deployment and was designed to scale AI delivery across the organization.

Implemented tool usage, persistent memory, function calling, and configurable agent permissions, allowing departments to define what actions their agents can perform. Wrote the majority of the early backend, frontend, and AI orchestration logic before transitioning into a lead development role.

Designed for Kubernetes deployment and strategic enterprise expansion. Project currently in development and positioned as a core AI initiative within the IT division.
