Ife Abimbola-Olulesi is an AI Software Engineer, Technology Leader and Community Builder dedicated to using innovation to solve real societal problems. With over 7 years of multi-sector experience spanning GovTech, EdTech, MedTech, LandTech and AI Technology, his work has impacted thousands across Africa and the United States.

Ife was the Founding Engineer and Engineering Team Lead at a US-based AI MedTech startup, where he built the company's core AI infrastructure powering two flagship products used by over 100 medical practitioners across the United States. His contributions enabled clinicians to deliver better, faster and more intelligent healthcare services.

He currently works as an AI Software Engineer at MTN Nigeria, contributing to the AI infrastructure behind MTN's platforms and services. He also plays a pivotal role in building the AI and agentic systems powering MTN's digital ecosystem across Africa, influencing how millions interact with intelligent technologies daily.

Beyond enterprise AI, Ife is a passionate ecosystem builder. He serves as the Community Manager of the DCLM Tech Community (DTC), an international Christian tech community advancing the gospel through technology. Under his leadership, the community has built three internal software tools, launched a globally accessible product (DCLM Radio), and organized four gospel-tech outreaches that have impacted 400+ young people within one year.

He also runs Talk With Ife, a free weekly program providing career guidance, clarity sessions and tech mentorship. In just three months he has held 19 sessions, supporting young professionals across Africa.

Recognized for his leadership and impact, Ife was named African Techie of the Week by Thrive Tech Africa in October 2025.

A sought-after speaker, he has addressed audiences at conferences, universities, churches, webinars and global tech platforms, including TEDxUNILAG.
